Basics: My guild is not listed

I didn't find any place to report bugs. I'm unable to find my character. Presenteador from Azralon.

My character totaly disapiers from wowprogress everytime I hit update. Even from my guild.

The problem isn't getting the character to appear, its getting it to appear and update. I'm having the same problem as the other people; when I try to update my character it disappears. When I force it back by updating my guild, any time I try to update my character in specific or confirm my character to link back to my account, it disappears.

Apologies if my previous comment came off as rude too. When I try to confirm my character it doesn't detect the gear changes even if it is correct on armory and sometimes disappears from the character confirm "check" too so its been very frustrating.

My guild and its members have issues with updates as well. This has been a problem in the past, and I have sent emails to this site's admin without response. Our guild is < Chosen >, with wowprogress page: http://www.wowprogress.com/guild/us/firetree/+Chosen+

Our guild has ~100 active members, with 40-50 characters who have set foot in a raid this expansion, yet only 10 of them appear on the guild list (all of them people who have been in the guild for at least several years, dating back to before this issue).

This has been an issue for years. Our characters don't appear in the guild, so they cannot be used to update progress, and the guild progress does not update naturally. It shows most of our characters, like my Paladin Fiersz, guildless, when armory clearly shows otherwise.

The issue is almost certainly caused by our guild name, which has a space both before and after the word "Chosen", created back in Vanilla when this type of guild name was possible.

I don't know what we're supposed to do to get your site to display our information properly!

This may also be related to the fact that there is a (defunct) horde guild named .

I cant confirm my character, i just get a bunch of errors, my guild also doesnt seem to exist. i been trying to get this sorted for weeks now, it says it goes automaticly, i guess my guild is special lol :P

Not sure if this a problem but I seem unable to see alts on characters . My own included, is this something that needs looking into?

Why does the guild i joined not show up at all on your site. http://eu.battle.net/wow/en/guild/bronze-dragonflight/Looney%20Tunes/ if i search your site all i get is an alliance guild of the same name that disbanded in 2010, please can you sort it out as we are raiding mythic and it could be hard to recruit people if they try to look us up and find nothing.

I have mentioned this before, that we can't see any alts for characters, its really important for us to be able to do this as we have had some problems in the past and want to avoid them in the future and knowing alts helps us to do this. Any chance it can be fixed soon?

Hi i'm having issues with updating my character and also my guild on wowprogress page.
I have transfered my character from alliance to horde about 2 weeks ago but wowprogress seems to not found my guild.

Hi, our guild is experiencing some sort of a bug. It seems that around 15 ppl have left the guild...and they have not. Since we are a mythic guild, im thinking that this will affect our progress updates. Pls look into this!

I am one of those ppl that for some reason show up as having left the guild, but we didn't.

Hi Kernel. We renamed our guild using Blizzard's Guild paid services, Armory is updated correctly but IDK how to update WoWProgress:

Old name on Stormrage-US: So Called Raiders
New name on Stormrage-US: Adapt

Hi , I want to link my old Charcter to my new one but when I Sync my Account it only shows the new one. The Char with the old Data ist Berod EU-Rahnaros the new one is Bérod EU-Blackmoore. Are you able to help me fix the Issue? Thank you in advance :)

Hi so i transfered my char to silvermoon, but now my old char is completly with all my data. Is there any chance i can still get a transfer data to my new char? My old one was Roua-GrimBatol and my new one is Rôua-Silvermoon. Thanks

Done all the update and link needed. Still not showing...

So my character is listed as level 50 instead of 60 and the guild is listed as having 0 levle 60 members. It is not updated to our current raid progress and even though I am guild master, I cannot update the info. The guild is Drunk and Hungry: US Bleeding Hollow.

My character has disappeared from Achievement listings, does anybody know how I can get back EU-Silvermoon Nickolena?

Our page is bugged. There useto be a horde guild on Horde-Frostmourne and we made the guild about a week ago. I can't claim ownership to update wow progg for our guild. It also displays prog that we have supposedly done in Feb (10/10 CN Normal) but we only formed recently. Please help

Character name "glased-twisting nether" my character has updated but its not showing ownership even after updating my wowprog and resyncing,

I was extremely stupid and moved server before doing the steps to move the history over to the new one. Any chance you could help me with that?
